Cancellation Policy
Please Read Before Booking All appointment slots are secured with a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit or on all purchases. The remaining balance will be due at the time of your appointment. All cancellations LESS THAN 24 HOURS will result in deposit forfeited, you must pay another deposit to book another appointment. A 24 HOUR CANCELLATION will let you TRANSFER the Deposit ONE TIME IF A 48 HOUR notice is given to reschedule. Due to scheduling, if you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled & deposit forfeited. NO CALL/NO SHOW automatically results in deposit forfeited. NO EXTRA GUESTS are allowed in the treatment room if they are not being serviced. If you are experiencing any of the COVID-19 symptoms, then please cancel your appointment.
NO REFUNDS
A no refund policy informs all customers that all sales are final, and not to expect a monetary refund or replacement item even if customer is unsatisfied with the service or purchase.
